Passat b5.5 subframe creaking

I had my subframe on my passat 2003 estate replaced last year december and ever since I drove it out from the garage i can hear creaking on initial pull and if im reversing and turning or parking - never when the car is moving.

Today I gave the car to a VW Specialist who acknowledged the fault and pulled down the subframe, suspension arm and even checked the bushes but cannot seem to shift the noise.

I've had a look online and a few people are talking about replacing the subframe bolts.

it's got to a point where i really want to get to the bottom of this - any ideas or experiences will be much appreciated
