avf turbo removal

hello, turbos gotta come off. got the 8 nuts that hold the manifold on, and the 3 that hold the exhaust on. Its loose but doesn't want to come. and that illegitimate child oil feed pipe is screaming break me.

Any ideas on how to remove the oil pipe without breaking it?? seems to be a nut on a nut? im guessing hold the top but steady and undo the bottom one with a spanner that doesn't exist? Anyone done this job can help me? thaaaaanks
