calipers painted

I have recently blasted front and back calipers, and they will be fitted soon. They are big s4 calipers as are fitted at the moment, but the black wheels mask the black painted calipers. The car is Urban Grey and the only suggestion of colour is the red tailgate badge, which looks well with the grey. The question is, dare I, at my age coat the new calipers in red!? I welcome your opinions.
