rear vented discs

Just thought this little bit of info might help anyone thinking of going to vented rear discs. I have been collecting the bits for some time, that is, Audi tt mk1 rear calipers and carriers off the 225 bhp quattro. Trouble is, you have to insert a 6mm spacer between the hub and caliper carrier. Well, I answered an ad for a mk4 golf anniversary rear brake set, vented discs and two wheel drive which means, because of the carrier shape I dont need the spacer and so can use my adapter for my 300mm vented discs.
So, I know it's unlikely, but if you can get hold of any mk 4 golf or bora 2 wheel drive rear vented disc calipers and carriers, like if you happen to spot any in ads or mooching round the breakers those are the ones. That said the quattro ones will do with the spacer.
