B5.5 battery / starter/relay

Hi
Got a Passat b5.5 that’s was running fine till last week.
Then it would’nt start now the battery is reading good and when I start there is a clicking but no action from the starter motor.

Could it be the relay if there is one or does it need a starter motor .

Any advice would be good.
