Gear shifter problem

Hi I am new to the form I am having a few problems with my automatic tripronic gearbox I’ve been told it’s the Magnets on the gear shifter slider mat I am struggling to find any .... I have checked my magnets both are they but 1 not very good magnetic I was wondering if I could just use a different magnet or r they special 1 (carnt see this)...
When car been stood a good few hrs all gears light up gearbox limp mode ....
