Vw Passat b6 tdi 2.0 tdi 170 boost gauge install

Has anyone fitted the boost gauge by any chance on b6 Passat 170 tdi 2007. I also have the plastic manifold. I have plum it through the fire meaning house for the boost gauge. Just need to need to know which pipe to install it through the get some boost. One person told me to cut the one of the acculator and ahold work. I don’t know guys please help thanks
