B5 Part Identification

B5 Part Identification
I need a part for my 2002 b5 1.9tdi estate but I don't know what you would call it, when you open the bonnet there is a plastic part about 4 foot long that connects to both front wings, its a top panel and the headlights also connect to it, mine is broken where it connects to the off side wing, I have a picture of it but don't know how to up load it
