Just going over the passat prior to my Belgium trip on Thursday. I've had a coolant drip for a while and traced it to the temp sensor which I replaced about 3 months ago. The "U" clip that locks it was only in one side correctly, hence the drip. Notice to oneself, "Get an apprentice to check your work"
