Help! Is it my matrix?

Hi guys,

I haven't been on in a while mainly because my Mrs has been driving the car.

I have the car back now and yesterday and I noticed that there was a smell inside, it smells like meths?

Is there a way to check for leaks to rule out the matrix, if it is the matrix what are my options as I know it's a big job!
