Turbo Gone Bang Big Time

Sad day yesterday took the 4mo out after putting on some new rear calipers and the turbo blew, big pop sound followed by a ton of smoke from the rear and then revved itself crazy only way i could kill the engine was to stall it in gear.

So other than a new turbo what other damage is likely to have been done??

Even after replacing the turbo and all else is good is it like a ticking time bomb with bits of metal floating around in places it's not supposed to be waiting to cause further grief??
