Speaker Upgrades B5

Anyone used these speaker adapter plates to upgrade their door speakers? I've seen some on ebay, I emailed the seller but it looks like he cant be arsed to reply....
Does anyone have any suggestions? I've got some JBL 6.5" woofers and tweeters for the car... but I know I will need adapters.
