Will 245 45 18 on fat fives fit without rubbing on the hub leg?

As per title...
Just about to pick some pirelli pzero on my fat fives
And as an after thought it occurred to me they might rub.
Has anyone fitted this size tyre without spacers with no issue??
Tbf I did ask this on Facebook and a few did get back to me in this and one chap said he ran that size and had no issues but other say they might rub...im currently running 225 40 18 but the gap between the arch is a bit big even with bilstein shocks and eibach springs plus want a pinch more comfort.
Anyone run this size tyre without rubbing issue?
