Coil spring recommendations - not quite the usual question

Evenin' all, I'm looking for recommendations for front and rear coil springs for an '03 TDi saloon - however, I'm not after an all singing all dancing turbo nutter b@st@rd setup, just something to tighten the old girl up and make life a little less wallowy when towing my caravan. Not really interested in coilovers or any significant lowering - this is my daily, and I drive it all day in work so has to cope with speed bumps, etc. My car started life as an 'S' and is now on 193k - do you think new "Sport" springs would do the job? If anybody has experience of both and could give an honest opinion I'd be most grateful. Thanks in advance
