Fitting OEM Xenons to a B5.5

Hi all,

Is it straight forward to fit OEM xenons to a B5.5, and have the motorised level adjustment from inside the car?
If not, and a buy a set of light that's point too high or low, how do I adjust please? Is there manual adjustment still on the unit itself?
