What's at fault here ?

Fault exists 90% of the time , it's drivers door only.
Central locking on door works everytime , however the puddle light doesn't illuminate , cl locks after 60 secs as if door wasn't opened on alarm cycle sometimes activating alarm and warning sound for sidelights and headlights left on does not work .
All comes back to life when puddle light is working.
Not a massive issue but I have to be mindful not to leave keys in the car alone shortly after disarming ,
start the car or turn ignition within 60 secs and check sidelights off as no warning sound .
