Vibration after replacing engine and gearbox mounts.

Hi guys!

Issue: After replacing left side both engine and gear mounts at once , my car has got vibration in the all pedals and the foot floor around the pedals and near by the seat .

First I had replaced right side engine and gear mounts – no vibration felt . After sometime I replaced left side engine and gear mounts and the vibration appeared .
Snub mount had been replaced long before engine and gear mounts , and it is still in very good shape. Brand Lemførder .
Flywheel and clutch had been replaced long before engine and gear mounts , no vibration at all .
All suspension and all other mounts and bushes are good . Driveshafts good etc.

I understand that there is misalignment of the gearbox and this is what causes those vibrations ?
How to properly align that ? Any guide somewhere ?
