guide or advice on valuation

I have been trying to get an idea of valuation for my motor ..... this is because I intend to sell it in the summer but recently had a minor scrape with someone who is ducking the claim and their insurer and their insurer won't pay out unless liability is proven.

So have checked ebay and autotrader but of course can't see what folk are actually getting. I am weighing up if its worth paying £250 to £300 to get my bumper and rear wing resprayed or just take a hit on the sale price.
