Central locking

I've recently come to the end of my tether.

I have replaced the following in this order

Keyfob battery
Drivers door actuator
Ccm
New keyfob

I was getting about 75% response from the central locking. I recently went to my vw doctor and he tried to pair my new keyfob as a last resort. Unfortunately nothing works at all now. He was very embarrassed and baffled by it all. He's a good bloke so I don't think he broke it. It just stopped working. I would say it's an electronic gremlin of sorts. But where do I start looking. I've already spent enough money on it. So I looking for a simple solution.

Any thoughts chaps?
