CRUISE CONTROL SWAP---TRENDLINE TO HIGHLINE

Hi...I have 2xpassats...one is a trendline the other is a highline...Basically i want to swap it over...ive already swapped the trendline clocks to highline..and swapped the switches and steering wheel..Ive activated the engine ecu for cruise..but i cant see the switches in vcds for cruise button or speed ect...im missing something..or a module.Can anyone help plz.
