Replacement Driver Seat

Hi All,
I drive a 2001 B5.5 Passat TDi and the drivers seat is causing me a lot of back pain, there's very little lateral support which means even a slow speed corner causes you to have to fight your weight shifting over and the back position causes me pain whatever position I try on it.
So does anyone have any idea what other seats will fit? I was looking at getting something of a similar era/slightly newer off ebay. Do I need to match the seat from another B5.5 or will most VW or even Audi seats fit?
