SORTED - Relay 452 for MFSW - pin6 (k-line) shorting

hi,

had a weird one just pop up, couldnt scan, controller wouldnt communicated on k1, i get green light when ignition is off, then it flickers red when ignition on

anyway.. narrowed it down to the k-line connection to the 452 relay, cut it off and i can communicate as normal.

strange thing is, the k line wire is fully cisible from 452 to the diag wire on the OBD potrt and its not touching a thing, not sure why, on ignition the relay is grounding the k line connection.. something wired wrong or is that a fault with the relay?

is there any way that the relay could even possibly connect pin10 ground on 452relay to pin6 to cause this short?
