MFSW cruise control T10s pin connection danglers! SOLVED

Post by rodnay »

ey up..

not sure if anyone has come across this

got a MFSW, slip ring, CC stalk, MFSW Relay 452, cables/pins from white plug (T10e) in ECU housing. (and the other gubbins, T5b, and T10s etc)

everything cruise related is wired up to the pins on the white plug (T10e)

T10s (10 pin connector at the back of cruise stalk) on the other hand has pin 4 connected to pin 4 on relay 452.. but i have pin 6 (red/white) and pin 7 (black white) just dangling.. should i connect these somewhere?

so the questions are

is the stalk already getting power from the main plug that plugs into the back of the stalk (large rectagular type shape) or should i route it to an unused fuse slot and then to 75x (or unswitched)?

and should i connect pin 7 to pin 4 on the T10s making them both join pin4 on 452?

i have no idea where they went on the donor car

thanks a bunch!
