Is there a clutch change guide for AWX?

I want to tackle the clutch and flywheel this summer. It's not too bad at 112000 miles but it's been a bit flakey ever since I bought the car 6 years ago.

Makes a slight rattle when the temps are really high. Goes quite when I push the clutch down but you can just about make it out when realising the clutch. More so if I am parked next to a wall or enclosed space.

It might be fine for the next few years as I only do about 5000 miles a year but GSF/ECP sometimes have offers and the prices seem good.

I wasn't going to do it myself but I have the tools so I thought why not.

So if anyone has any pointers or guides would be great. I also don't mind paying labour charges if the job is difficult for DIY.

And finally, what would the list of parts comprise of?

Clutch release bearing
Clutch spigot bearing
Flywheel
Clutch kit
And new bolts
