Standard 4motion

So I've bought a 2003 Passat 4motion estate. My third Passat after a break as I needed a van.

I'd like to put some Audi Rs6 alloys on her. Do I need any spacers and would it look daft on standard suspension height?

I know there's threads out there but I'm just being lazy!!

Any pictures with these alloys would be greatfully received:)
