Help Please, Engine Knocking/thumping issues

Just got home from work and car is poorly... like a banging knocking seemingly coming from the airbox, not heard it before :S Video attached. Any ideas? I rely on this for my 33mile commute and don't have VAGCOM easily available (only desktop PC ATM) no warning lights....
Cambelt is fine and tight, car seems to drive fine and turbo spools normally according to the whistle.... Acceleration seems okay... and it starts straight away
can't be doing with this... any help massively appreciated.
Car 2005 1.9 AWX 130 (175) 5 Speed 137200miles
Almost like an inlet valve is slow to close? Other than that car drives fine. Didn't notice till I got home and turned radio off this morning. Not down on power either.
