TBA error p1559

Just want to share with your guys. Have been struggling with a AEB Engine where the p1559 fault wouldnt go away. Tried everything. Grounds, wires, cleaning TB everytime I tried to align the TB vcds said error. It ended up beeing the idle switch that wasnt tight enough so when the throttle opened in the first alignment sequence the switch opened and the ecu recognizes pedalmovement. The switch is located under the plastic cover on one side of the TB, just un-screw so you can get Access to the switch. So all i did was that with two small screwdrivers opened and pushed the to copperlegs tighter and the alignment was ok. Don't push them too tight. Then the TB wont recognize actualpedal movement and stays on idle. And the Car wont run like it should. Hope this can help some of you and you probably can save some £
