injected Quantity 8.0mg/str ?

2004 passat Avf The injected quantity @ idle engine hot is 8.0 mg/str
This has had a new Bosch MAF ,new cts
The synchro angle is 0.0 -0.6 @ idle only strange thing is this hardly moves when reved?
I have a new fuel temp sensor coming
Anyone had this before?
i have checked on another avf and that is 4.4 mg/str @ idle with a synchro of 0.0 @ idle hot
