climate control lights?

climate control lights?
Anyone come across this before? Occasionally, like once every 2 or 3 months, the lights on the climate control part of the console dont come on when the rest do? Next time Im out in the car & turn on lights they are back on! This never happens when I go over a bump or anything just when I turn on lights
