vagcom in whiltshire anyone?

Hi everyone i am new to the passat but have owned a a4 b5 saloon and estate so am familiar with them. It is currently in for mot today but should pass with flying colors. The question i ask is, anyone close to Chipenham with vagtacho? the gentlemen i got the pissrat off had new clocks put in but didnt get the millage changed. The car is on 230000 but clocks read 202000. Its bugging me lol, i do not mind traveling and offering a small payment. Thank you all and i look forward to talking to you all. Regards, craig
