Door lock issue

Hey

So when I lock my 5.5 it no longer flashes the indicators or beeps anymore, I have also noticed that if I push the lock button twice the passenger rear door unlocks whilst all over stay locked as they should, the car seems to see that door as being locked as the alarm sounds as soon as it opened.
I have replaced the door lock mech in that door but the fault remains
I have tried to scan the ccm and central locking for faults but vag com won't connect
The car has had some. Water ingress into the passenger side but the ccm is bone dry the loom however was wet it is now bone dry but the fault remains.
Where should I start
