Wiper arms

The drivers side wiper arms, is worn and doesn't hold the wiper blade on the screen as the pivot hole is elongated
Where is the best place to get a new arm preferably or failing that a decent second hand one.

Saw a few on ebay, but no guarantees from a breaker that the replacement may have the same problem.
