pcv system 1.8t 1999 apu

Afternoon all ive noticed a oil/fume smell coming into the car,after further investigation ive noticed a large hole in one of the pcv plastic/rubber pipes under the inlet manifold. First of all, would this effect the performance side of things? Plus does anybody have a parts diagram of a 1999 1.8t APU pcv system?
