outside temp wrong

My dash is currently saying -14.5 and my clima is saying -15.
I've changed the sensor on the front grill and also g89 by pollen filter and still the same with way off incorrect values.
If I remove the front bumper sensor both displays show --.- so to me it's getting the readings just way off.
Any ideas? If the car think it's less than 4 degrees I get no a/c and I getting hot now
