Hi all!
U.S. user here, looking to see if I can change how my tailgate works.
'02 B5.5 wagon. On a North American B5.5 wagon, our tailgates are always 'locked' - need to hit the 'trunk' button on the driver's door, or hold the 'trunk' button on the remote, to enable the release switch on the tailgate (and, it only stays 'enabled' for 90 seconds.) It's quite maddening.
I understand that, in the U.K. (and, quite possibly, the rest of the world outside of NAR vehicles), that your tailgates are 'unlocked' when all doors are unlocked - the gate can be opened from the door switch, tailgate switch, or key button. None of this silly two-step BS that we got over here.
My research seems to indicate that a CCM out of a U.K. B5.5 will give me the functionality that I'd like.
So, the info request. Could I get someone with VCDS, and a 2002 model year B5.5 wagon, to post me your CCM data?
For reference, my car has power locks and windows, no interior monitoring for the alarm.
And, here's mine:

And, one other piece of info that I need:
Your remote frequency. 315MHz, like in the U.S.?
Thanks in advance!
