6 speed box worth It??

Is it worth swapping out a 5 speed box for a 6 speed?

The box in question is a frk code which Iam under the impression is the correct one for a 1.9tdi?
Iam running a fair amount more power and torque than stock and am under the impression my dmf may be on its way out again after about 18 months of use so the larger flywheel size and clutch would be a benefit! But then the down side of possible noisey diff bearings scares me

Any tips ect would be greatful and what exactly is needed to convert to a 6 speed box
