electric window issues and airbag light

hi everyone im new to this forum and have a few problems with my motor and hoping someone can help.
firstly is the front electric windows only go half way down an stop which is becoming very annoying.
and next is the location of the air bag crash sensor on the drivers side on a 2003 b5.5.
