2002 passat tdi 130 questions

just got me a new car 130 tdi estate sport
now after a browse on here i was wondering which filter would be best ? panal induction etc ?
where around the northwest is best for a remap ?
the egr thing that allard do is it worth it ? and do any other companies sell them as there's a few horror stories on here about allard so don't really want to use them.
