20v Turbo, re-map problem?

Hi guys I was wondering if anyone out there in dubland has had this issue before, I had my 20v turbo re-mapped to approx 200bhp? Now the problem I have is that every now and then when under light to mid load conditions the car makes a very slight hestiation and the boost reverts back to around 7psi, under the new software it runs at around 14-15psi. Now when it does this it stores a fault in the ECM which comes up as Boost Limit Not Reached. I have had three different re-map files put in, I have changed the boost control solenoid, fitted a brand new Bosch air flow meter, fitted a new Forge diverter valve and cleaned up the pressure sensor in the intercooler. Please if anyone can HELP!!!!!!!!!
