B5.5 front bulbs

Hi all, I need some new bulbs as a dip one has gone. Might change then and main beam for a mtching upgraded set.

Been through the VW handbook and I can't bloody find which bulbs the car uses!

I'm sure Dip are H7, but are main H1 or H7?
