Owl sound

Hello,

Just a quick question i had a pd130 golf a while back had a de-cat on that one and when you changed gear or let the throttle off it made a Owl sort of sound,

I now have a de-cat on my pd130 passat but im not getting the same sound is there anyway to get that sound with the pd130 passat or was it just the golf was slowly breaking?
