Fix & Sell or Break for parts????

Bought a 53 plate Passat SE TDI (AWX) without MOT and a few issues cheap (scrap money) from a guy at work and am stuck as to what to do with it. Should I fix it up, MOT it and sell or use it as a parts supply for my wifes car and sell on the bits I don't need. Here's some pics



It sits low on the drivers side as the spring has snapped

Rust bubbling on front wing

Milage is approx 117,000, has service history (belt done at 78,000) and as far as I can tell everything works. From what I can see it needs 2 tyres, a front spring, one of the mirror indicators is cracked, the rear discs and pads will probably need changing and it's due a service. Apart from the wing and bumper it's a really straight car so what do you guys think it would be worth fixed with a years MOT on it?
