HI, got a b5 1.9 tdi AFN, just noticed it's blown an hole in the pipe near the egr valve from the intercooler, and even blown an hole through the bonnet lining!!
anyone know what can cause this?
my car is suffering from coolant loss somewhere, changed the head gasket over a year ago because i thought that was the cause but it's still happening, so maybe it got hot due to no water????
also the coolant is looking very orange/copper looking colour and congealed in the tank also
any thoughts please?
