B5.5 wing mirrors

I dont know if this is me but im starting to have a sense of humour failure with this.
I have a 2004 pd130 highline where the passenger mirror glass fell of the casing.
I have tried to get a replacement and i keep getting sent these


This is the wrong size even though my reg says otherwise.
this is the one for the car. Can anyone help what i should be asking for? or how can i stick the old mirror back on the backing plate and it will still work when its heated?
