wing replacement

Hi all

i am removing and replace my left front wing soon obviously i cam see from the new wing where the bolt holes are some being behind bumper below headlamp my question is does the whole bumper and headlamp need removing or can you sort of loosen and pull the bumper just on the n/s enough to gain access to the wing fixings any tips to make the job easier.
