Passat 2004 B5 fit Maplin reversing sensors

My first post !
Passat 2004 saloon b5 wires for earth and live to Maplin reversing sensors please !
The LHS rear light cluster has the following 5 wires
Grey black
White black
Red black
Red blue
Brown
