Does anyone know where i can get a version of vagcom that will read and allow me to reset and turn of that blasted "service now" or "check brake pads" warnings. The beeping is doing my head in. A friend got a lead of ebay and tried it with a version of vag com and had no joy then tried various versions still now joy, basically we need something that will work on vista and xp but use a usb port on the laptop. $249 for just to reset fault codes. mmmm sort of hefty price for just your usual diy mechanic.
