Clutch change in 1.9tdi

Evening all, I need to change the clutch on 1.9tdi 04 model.
Its done 150K on the original clutch so need to be changed, problem is the four garages i have been to are quoting way over £1000 to do the job one was nearly £2000 for the job

Would the sachs clutch kit currently on offer for £121 be any good?

Also does anyone the forum do clutch changes? if so could you point in the right direction.
