passengers doors being a.....

BITCH!

I recently took the door handles off to sort and vinyl wrap where all were put back on. It seems to be that the passenger door open but then suddenly catch and then wont open or shut (basically stuck ajar).
You have to push the door shut and push the door in to get the door open. Sometimes it doesnt do it but the door wont open from inside with the cable (the door cards are not on).

Any ideas what could be the problem, the drivers side is fine and they were taken off the same way as the passenger side.

any ideas to help or where i should be looking at?
