they dont fit!!! really annoyed!

Any advise? Just went through loads of Hassel getting a set of Mercedes merak alloys for the Passat and the only bit I didn't check was the bloody bolt holes and there too small.

Is it safe/ok to bore the holes by 2mm to get them to fit? Any idea what sort of place can do it near bracknell/reading as drills are not usually my friend.

Mainly annoyed as I've gone through a lot of Hassel and friends/work colleagues putting themselves out for me to get these before my MOT tomorrow as I'm not sure all my tyres will pass.
